We’re sad that you were not 100% satisfied with the items you received. We will gladly echange your items within 7 days from the purchase date and we have made the our return process easy for you.

At the bottom of our campaign page, you will find both an e-mail and Whatsapp number available to communicate with us. Send us a message with your information and order number, and we will process your request.

Return Conditions

Sales are final, and once an order has been confirmed ro refund is possible. In the case of damage or dissatisfaction with the product, we shall exchange your product upon your request.

We only accept returns within 7 days from the delivery date. When returning an item, kindly ensure all seals, tags and accessories are left preserved and the item is in its original packaging.

All items in bundling promotion is not eligible for partial cancels, exchanges, or returns. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.

Exchanges will be processed within 7 days upon receipt of your package. There are no addiitional tickets issued for exchanged items.
